Dinner at sea

Experience the Greenlandic winter at sea and the beautiful twilight in the Arctic. See overwintering flocks of seabirds, such as guillemots and eider ducks, and who knows, perhaps a seal.

After a couple of hours of sailing, we find a sheltered and beautifully situated spot. We all join inside the salon as we serve you delicious Greenlandic food from both land and sea including a glass of white wine or soda. For dessert we make the northern lights play in a wonderful Greenlandic Coffee.

After dinner it has become darker, and we slowly return to Sisimiut – a beautiful sight with all the houses lighting up. Depending of the month, and if the weather is right, we will have a good chance to see northern lights / Aurora Borealis and perhaps phosporescent algae in the wake of the ship.

This trip runs from December till May.
