Ice Cap Safaris

Throughout the Summer we run trips to the ice cap, driving the spectacular road from Kangerlussuaq at sea level and right up to the edge of the Ice Cap 600 meters above sea level.

Along the way we stop to hike the short trail to the dramatic Russell Glacier, and wherever we go we look for musk oxen who at times can be seen grazing in the inland valleys.

Practical stuff
Our jeep carries up to 7 people, and along the way we provide lunch and guiding.

Trips can be booked directly from our shop in the Kangerlussuaq Airport complex and we run half day safarais on weedays and full day trips on weekends throughout June, Juli, August, and September.
