Robinson River Angling

Robinson River Angling

When the Arctic charr swims up the Robinson River from mid-July angling in this Greenlandic river begins, and we reach a peak of the season in August when the fish have an average wight of 1-2 kilos.

Robinson is a meltwater river and because the waters are not clear it is best suited for spin fishiing, while fly fishing works with sink tips and black/orange mudler type flies.

The river itself is about 2 hours from Kangerlussuaq by boat, and we shuttle you from town to the harbour where we board a small boat certified for passenger transport.

Practical stuff
Prices include guiding, food and drink in the camp, local shuttle and boat transfer, fishing license, and a finishing trip on the spectacular Ice Cap road and all the way to the glacier.

Please note that prices exclude flights to and from Kangerlussuaq and any hotel accommodation.

Pricing
DKK 9,000 per person
